Sauce for rice with meat
For its preparation you will need low-fat pieces of pork, which usually go to chops. By the way, this sauce will suit not only for rice, but also for potatoes, pasta and some cereals.
Before making sauce to rice, it is necessary to boil the croup itself. It is better to take steamed long grain rice, which in water does not boil and does not turn into a sticky mass. Like the previous version, this sauce is almost universal. For its preparation we take a chicken breast, onions, fresh Bulgarian pepper. Fans of mushrooms are advised to add champignons - fresh or canned. Stir while frying over medium heat. Then pour into the pan a little tomato juice( 150-200 grams), slightly less cream, and at the end generously add greens - parsley, dill, coriander. Such a gravy to the rice will disappear from the table in a matter of minutes, and will be for a long time in demand by your household.

Perhaps every housewife has its own way of making this delicious and nutritious dish. Therefore, there are a lot of recipes for rice. Fans of sharpened add to it garlic, hot pepper or spicy seasonings. Vegetarians, or those who do not currently have meat in the refrigerator, can be advised to replace it with mushrooms, cut with zucchini or eggplant.
